Luxury Vinyl Plank
Floating and glue-down luxury vinyl plank, installed over a prepared subfloor with clean cuts, tight transitions and finished trim.
Altos Flooring
LVP is a practical choice for busy homes — durable for everyday life and available in many wood and stone looks. How it looks and feels for years depends a lot on the installation: a flat subfloor, the right expansion space and clean finishing.
We install both floating (click-lock) and glue-down LVP, and we follow the manufacturer's instructions for the product you choose. One crew handles the job from tear-out to the last piece of trim.
What We Do
Carpet and tack strip, floating LVP and laminate, glue-down LVP, wood and tile removal, plus carpet glue and adhesive removal and haul-away.
Self-leveling, grinding, patching, crack repair, primer and moisture barrier where the floor needs it.
Staggered seams and balanced cuts at walls and doorways, so the floor looks even from every room.
We move furniture and appliances and remove and reinstall toilets, so the new floor runs continuous.
LVP stair treads and risers to match the new floor, with a finished nosing at each step.
You buy the LVP — we recommend Floor & Decor — and we quote the installation and prep.
Our Work
The Process
Fill out the estimate form with your rooms, approximate square footage, the floor you're removing and a few photos of the space.
We review the details and send you a preliminary quote. Every project is quoted individually — no price lists.
We move furniture and appliances, remove the old floor if needed and prepare the subfloor so it's flat and clean.
We install the new floor, then finish with transitions, baseboards or shoe molding, and clean up.
Tell us about your project with our quick form — square footage, the floor you're removing and the extras you need — and we'll send you a preliminary estimate.
Labor-only: you buy the material (we recommend Floor & Decor) and we install it.

It depends on the room, the subfloor and the product. Floating LVP clicks together and isn't fastened to the subfloor; glue-down LVP is bonded to it. We'll recommend what fits your project and the manufacturer's instructions.
Sometimes. It depends on the tile's condition and flatness and on the LVP manufacturer's requirements. Often removing the tile and prepping the slab gives a better result — send photos and we'll tell you what we recommend.
